These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers in the United Kingdom through our online shop.

We make every effort to display products accurately.

Colours and product details may vary slightly depending on your screen/device.

We reserve the right to make changes or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders & Contract

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase.

The contract is concluded once your payment is received and we confirm your order by email.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in justified cases (e.g. non-payment, suspected fraud).

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

A flat shipping fee of £2.95 applies per order.

Payments are processed securely at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship exclusively to the United Kingdom.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once handed to the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in good condition.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

8. Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order if you wish to cancel.

9. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, strikes, or events beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

We collect and process personal data only as necessary to fulfill your order.

Data may be shared with service providers (e.g. payment processors, shipping companies).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, while respecting applicable UK consumer rights.
