Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM

Example: If you place an order on Friday, your order will be ready for dispatch on Tuesday.

Personalized products follow the same processing and delivery time.

Your order will normally be delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

We ship exclusively to the United Kingdom (UK).

Deliveries are handled by reliable UK delivery services (e.g. Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes UK).

A flat rate of £2.95 applies to all orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel.
